Mindfulness Walk @ Rainham Marshes
Relax, close your eyes and breathe. These short walks are all about you. Take a step back from the stresses of everyday life and immerse yourself in to the nature around you at Rainham Marshes. Spend some time appreciating yourself and the environment. We will guide you through some simple stretches to get the air flowing, and some breathing exercises to calm your mind. Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and smells. Take a stroll and discover more about your mind and body and about the wildlife at Rainham.
Look out of our This Girl Can specific sessions throughout our campaign month of April – you can cycle, run, climb, visit natures gym, Nordic walk, discover wildlife and more! These Mindfulness Walks are open to everyone, there is a ladies only walk on Sunday 15 April.
